We are a BAR‑certified training school in Fremont founded by master technician Roberto Ibarra. Since 2008 we offer Level 1 & Level 2 smog training, BAR update courses, and citation classes. Join beginners or experienced technicians in hands‑on, industry‑relevant education.

Our Instructor
Roberto Ibarra has been working on the Automotive industry since 1991, he started his apprenticeship in Automotive Technology programs in Mexico and continued his education becoming an ASE certified in the US in California.
In 1998 Roberto earned his first ASE certification , and later on becoming Master Technician.
A few years later he became a shop owner being Aztek Auto Repair the best way to serve and give something back to the community.
Being a Master Technician and with the desire of sharing knowledge he became a Certified BAR Instructor and opened a Smog Training School.
With a positive attitude and a very funny personality, Roberto has had a successful automotive career and now is passing all of his knowledge to his students.
